Our individual clients range from the wage-earner to the business owner. We are well-versed in individual tax issues, including the tax treatment of private aircraft, real estate portfolios, private, foundations, and the like.
On the business side, our clients range from pre-revenue ventures to large publicly-held corporations with their own sophisticated tax departments. Our clients utilize various entity forms, depending upon what makes sense for their particular situation, including Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, S-Corporations, and C-Corporations. We assist these business clients in all aspects of income taxation, including computing quarterly estimated tax obligations, preparing and filing tax returns, tracking partner capital accounts, consulting on utilization of tax attributes, (e.g., tax credits, net operating losses, etc.,) structuring acquisitions and dispositions, property tax minimization, and preparing tax provision calculations required by ASC 740.
